Languages and Syntax and Fun

In an attempt to learn the inner workings of my computer more thoroughly, I have begun a journey towards learning Assembly code.

And subsequently, in an attempt not to cut off my hands, I have been playing with Python, my love.

I was given a seminar by a very interesting Computer Science Professor from Quinnipiac University the other day. It was very enlightening and enjoyable. He suggested using Ruby, which I have heard frequently. My only impression of the language is that it is a good scripting and server language, and is close to Python. It may be something to look into.
